About South Florida Arts & Counseling

South Florida Arts & Counseling (SFAC) is a nonprofit mental health organization providing therapy and community-based programs for children, adults, families, and seniors across South Florida.

Our clinicians deliver evidence-based counseling for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. In addition to traditional therapy, we integrate music and creative interventions that support neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to form new patterns and adapt through experience.

This combined clinical and creative approach allows us to serve clients who may not respond to talk therapy alone and expands access to care for diverse communities.

We accept insurance, offer telehealth, and provide grant-funded services to reduce financial barriers.

Creating is not mastering , and that’s the beauty of it.
Creation is growth, exploration, and courage. Mastery comes later, but creativity lives in the moment you dare to begin.
