South Florida Arts & Counseling (SFAC) is a behavioral-health and arts-based nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health care and community programs. We are seeking an experienced, mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial, regulatory, and fiscal strategy of our organization during an exciting period of expansion.

Position Summary
Design and execute long-term financial strategies to support the organization's mission and sustainability.
Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor organizational performance against approved budgets.
Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and funders.
Oversee accounting, payroll, and internal control systems to ensure compliance with GAAP and nonprofit financial standards.
Manage grant funds, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance with all funding requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of IRS Form 990 and coordination of annual external audits.
Monitor organizational cash flow and manage financial reserves and investments in accordance with board policies.
Provide financial analysis and strategic input to guide executive leadership in decision-making and resource allocation
