Thank you for your interest in partnering with South Florida Arts & Counseling, Inc. Below, you will find current opportunities to submit proposals for services that support our mission, programs, and community impact initiatives.

We welcome qualified vendors, consultants, and organizations to review the open RFPs and submit proposals in accordance with the requirements and deadlines outlined in each document. Proposals should align with our commitment to expanding access to behavioral health services through innovative, evidence-based, and arts-integrated approaches.

 

All submissions must follow the instructions provided within each RFP document. Late or incomplete submissions may not be considered.

Partnership with Autism Treatment and Learning Centers

Overview

South Florida Arts & Counseling, Inc. (SFAC) invites qualified Autism Treatment and Learning Centers, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providers, and multidisciplinary organizations to submit proposals for partnership opportunities.

The purpose of this RFP is to establish collaborative relationships that expand access to integrated behavioral health services, including telehealth counseling and music-based therapeutic interventions designed to support neurodevelopment, emotional regulation, and overall well-being for individuals on the autism spectrum.

Purpose of Partnership

SFAC seeks to partner with organizations that:

  • Provide services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

  • Are interested in integrating or coordinating behavioral health services

  • Support interdisciplinary collaboration across clinical and educational settings

  • Share a commitment to improving outcomes through innovative and evidence-based approaches

Partnerships may include coordinated care models, referral pathways, co-programming, or integrated service delivery.

Scope of Collaboration

Selected partners may engage in one or more of the following:

  • Coordination of telehealth counseling services for clients

  • Integration of music-based therapeutic interventions into existing programs

  • Development of joint programming to support emotional regulation and engagement

  • Participation in collaborative care planning

  • Data sharing (in compliance with applicable laws) to support outcomes measurement

  • Referral and intake coordination to improve access to care

Desired Qualifications

Organizations responding to this RFP should demonstrate:

  • Experience providing services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder

  • Licensure, certification, or accreditation as applicable

  • Established operational capacity and infrastructure

  • Commitment to client-centered and evidence-based care

  • Ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams

  • Compliance with applicable privacy and healthcare regulations

Proposal Requirements

Proposals should include the following:

  1. Organizational Overview

    • Mission, services, and population served

    • Years of operation and geographic coverage

  2. Experience and Expertise

    • Description of autism-related services

    • Clinical or educational model

  3. Proposed Partnership Approach

    • Description of how collaboration with SFAC would be structured

    • Proposed service integration or coordination

  4. Operational Capacity

    • Staffing structure

    • Technology platforms (if applicable)

    • Ability to support referrals and coordination

  5. Compliance and Credentials

    • Licenses, certifications, and accreditations

    • Policies related to privacy and data protection

  6. References (optional but encouraged)

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on:
