VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Evaluations

A comprehensive psychological evaluation for survivors of domestic violence, emotional abuse, or extreme cruelty seeking immigration relief under VAWA. The evaluation documents the psychological impact of abuse, its effect on daily functioning, and provides objective clinical findings to support the petition.

U Visa Evaluations

Designed for victims of qualifying crimes who have suffered significant psychological trauma and have cooperated with law enforcement. The evaluation documents the emotional and psychological consequences of the crime while providing evidence to support a U Visa petition.

T Visa Evaluations

A trauma-informed psychological evaluation for survivors of human trafficking. The assessment explores the emotional, psychological, and functional effects of trafficking and provides clinical documentation that may strengthen a T Visa application.

Hardship Waiver (Form I-601 / I-601A) Evaluations

These evaluations assess the emotional and psychological hardship that a qualifying U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident family member would experience if the waiver is denied. The report provides objective clinical evidence supporting claims of extreme hardship.

Cancellation of Removal Evaluations

A comprehensive assessment documenting the psychological and emotional impact that removal would have on the individual and qualifying family members. The evaluation helps demonstrate exceptional and extremely unusual hardship through evidence-based clinical findings.

Asylum & CAT Evaluations

A specialized forensic evaluation documenting the psychological effects of persecution, torture, violence, or fear of returning to one's home country. The report provides an objective clinical assessment that may support applications for Asylum or protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT).
